The existing 15 year old air conditioning systems had failed and stopped working. EOC Services were contacted to design and install some new air conditioning systems to the Braintree branch.

The existing open plan office had a ceiling unit that had stopped working. The original system design was out-dated, and a more energy efficient and controllable air-flow system was required.

EOC Services have been working with Cunningtons Solicitors for 10 years installing and maintaining air conditioning systems in their branches across Essex. The Braintree branch is the head office and our engineers were required to replace an old ceiling unit in the open plan office and install two new Daikin ceiling air conditioning units as shown in the image.

A Daikin wall hung air conditioning unit was installed into one of the solicitors offices that had previously no air conditioning. The choice of units was partly due to the existing office design structure and business requirements. These modern units allowed better control of air-flow, temperature control and were more efficient.
